Timing is important

Timing is important

There is no set time in how long it will take before we find interest from coaches in the United States. We will use our network to find schools that we think fit your ”profile”. Some coaches recruit early and fast, others take more time and do not decide until late during the recruitment year. Remember that you compete with many athletes to get scholarships and/or a place in a team and at a school. The timing of the process is important when we market you to coaches in the USA. The sooner you gather what you need to be able to be recruited by a college coach, the faster you can get offers from coaches.

It is very important that you, the athlete, are involved in the process, that you are proactive and do the things we ask of you. It will make the process and your journey to the United States much easier for you to manage. In most cases, you cannot take the next step in the process until you have taken the previous step. We highly encourage the athlete to do as much of the process themselves. It is great practice for being self sufficient when in the US and a good time to practice balancing school, sport practice and life tasks!

If you forget, or do not do things we ask of you, it can have a negative impact on your college process and your time in the US. Remember, this is a collaboration, and we need your help to do the best job possible for you. We are usually quick to respond to emails and WhatsApp messages, so if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
