Education History

Info
You need to list GCSEs and A-Levels/L3 BTECs as separate credentials, even if they are being completed at the same school! If you have started/completed university, please also list this as a separate credential. Do not enter each individual subject!
  1. Click on Create and enter the information about your academic career below.
  2. Select Secondary School/High School at School Type
  3. On Start Date, enter when you started the credential. Your start year, for most people will be two years prior to your GCSE/A-level completion date.
  4. For End Date, enter when you completed the credential. The end date doesn't need to be exact, but the year is important!
  5. Currently Enrolled? Select Yes if you are still attending school and No if you are no longer attending school.
  6. Credential Pursuing or Earned Please enter here if you have completed the credential or are still pursuing it.
  7. Credential Earned? If you have not yet received your diploma, select No. Select Yes if you have already graduated and have received your diploma.

Upload Transcripts

To be approved by InCred, your transcripts need to be stamped and signed by your school. Take colour photocopies into your school and ask a teacher/Principal/exams officer to stamp and sign the photocopies (if they don't own a stamp just a signature is ok). Then take PDF scans of the stamped and signed transcripts. If you did each credential at a different school, you will need to go into each school to complete this. You need to upload a single PDF of each credential, please do not upload photos or each certificate page individually. Genius Scan is a free app which will let you do this. Examples of what your transcripts need to look like can be seen below.

  1. Right click on the arrow and on Upload Transcripts.
  2. Scroll down in the new window and click on Add Transcripts.
  3. Search for your transcript on your computer and upload the transcripts.
  4. Write in information about the transcripts in the text field under Note
  5. Click on Add and on Next to upload additional transcripts.
AlertDo not upload anything other than official transcripts! Letters from schools, predicted grades, term reports should not be uploaded, nor should any other qualifications. If you have not completed a credential, upload nothing for it.

Evaluation Delivery

Here you enter to whom the evaluation report should be sent. Please enter your future university, university admissions person here. You may need to log in to your admissions portal to find these details!
Warning
You must enter your school admissions person here and not your personal details!
Info
You can typically find details of your schools admissions person or a generic admissions email on your application portal. If it is a generic email, please put "admissions" as the name. Please log in to your admissions portal to find these details. It is usually admissions@schoolname.edu or something similar. This is fine to put down! If this is not in your admissions portal, google your schools name followed by international admissions, there will likely be an email on this page.
