How to clip and upload video for your highlight video
To get your highlight video edited, you need to send any additional video footage you have taken to our editors. Follow the steps below:
- On the device where your clips are, go to WeTransfer
- Select add files and select your clips
- Note you can only transfer 2GB at a time, you may have to do multiple transfers.
- Enter the following information:
- Email to: info@area4mkt.com
- Your email: put your own email, it will send a verification email so ensure it is correct
- Title: Your Full Name - Keystone Sports elite/unlimited/all-in client (delete as appropriate)
- Message: Your Full Name - Keystone Sports elite/unlimited/all-in client (delete as appropriate)
- Select expires in 3 days (free)
- On the three dots ensure selected is:
- Send email
- Anonymous downloads
- Along with the video clips, you must upload a document/screenshots of a note which contain your details and the following information for every clip
- Title of the clip - shirt colour and number - position
- Example below:
James Smith - ACM/LW - England - Fall 2025
MOV_0394 - red #6 - LW
MOV_0395 - red #6 - AM
- You can find the title of clips on iOS devices by swiping up while on a video
Your clips will be rejected and need to be re-sent if the information document is not included!
- Once all your files are selected, press transfer. WeTransfer will begin uploading. Keep your device open and unlocked otherwise it may stop and you'll have to start again
- Press transfer, your email will be sent a verification code. Put that in and your files will begin to process and be sent
For Elite clients only
Before you upload your video, you must ensure they are clipped into sections you would like using. You cannot send full games, large sections of games or extended periods of play. Only the clips of video you would like to go into the video can be sent. This can be done on your phone/tablet very easily using the steps below. It is the same process on all iOS devices and will be similar on Androids.
On the video clip, select the edit button at the bottom or in the top right on older models.
Slide the yellow bars to adjust the clip to the section you want. If you press play in this window, it will play your selection.
When the clip is the correct length, press done. You will likely want to press "save as new video" otherwise you will lose any other video on the original clip.
For Unlimited and All-In clients only
You are able to upload any addtional footage you have taken without any editing. But please remember to upload the document/screenshot of a note with your information!
Do not forget to send with your video clips the information document. This needs to be per clip!
