NCAA Task: "We need more information about your enrollment timeline"

NCAA Task: "We need more information about your enrollment timeline"

A common task in the NCAA Eligibility Center Account is "We need more information about your enrollment timeline".

(NCAA) Description of the task

Ask the issuing body of your transcript or credential to submit a letter providing the grade level and dates you attended. For example: "Year 9 started January 3, 2022, and ended December 15, 2022."

What to do?

You need to ask all schools you have attended since year 9 to send an email like the below to the NCAA to confirm the dates you attended. The letter should be submitted by your school directly to the NCAA via email. If you have attended multiple schools, then multiple emails need to be sent. You can ask a teacher/exams officer/Principal etc., they need to have a school email and a school signature.
Alert
Please ask the person sending to not copy anyone else into the email.
