Submit transcripts to the NCAA Eligibility Center
After successfully registering with the NCAA Eligibility Center, you will receive a task in your task list asking you to submit copies of your transcripts. The only way you can send your transcripts is by having your high schools submit them via email. Please ask a teacher/Principal/exams officer at your school to send the following email template with your transcripts attached to the NCAA.
You need to get your:
- Year 9 reports
- Year 10 reports (if your school produced them/you can get them)
- GCSE certificates (not the grade report sheet you received on results day)
- Your A-level/BTEC L3 certificates (only if you have fully completed them. Your certificates and not the grade report sheets)
- If you completed a BTEC/NCFE you must include the module report sheets
These documents need to be sent to the NCAA by someone at your school. If you completed these qualifications at different schools, then this means you need to get each school to submit them. You need to ensure you have clear scans not photos of your certificates. Make sure each credential (GCSEs are one credential, A-Levels/BTEC L3 are another etc.) are in one PDF document each and each page isn't it's own document. Genius Scan is a free app you can use to do this.

Please do not attach/send anything other than the documents listed above. No other reports, letters or qualifications need to be sent!
Your certificates should look like the below:
Example GCSE certificate
Example BTEC L3 certificate
BTEC module list that must be supplied

The person sending must have a school email and their email must have a school signature.

Your teacher should not copy anyone into the email.
